A in ivory carving depicting Tara Kurukulla (Red Tara). Seated cross legged atop a lotus flower pedestal. Two of her four hands holding a bow and arrow, the other hands in a gesture of turning the wheel of dharma while in meditation. Her tiara with an image of seated Buddha.

Condition:

Traditional repairs to naturally occurring fissures in the ivory, with an all over dark brown patina. Custom mounted.
