Description

A unique ancient silver ring comprising a Roman garnet carved bezel depicting the Goddess "Justitia" mounted in a silver ring dating from the 13th Century Crusaders, the outer surface with classic raised stylised floral motif. 

Collected by the Czech Diplomat S. Kovar in Turkey in the 1930's, while stationed in Turkey

Condition:

Oxidised patina on the silver, with a re-join on the bottom of the shank in antiquity, overall good condition.
